Andrea
Andrea founded the event agency City Companion in 1996. At that time she already gained extensive experience in organizing national and international events for a large German bank in Berlin. Today, she impresses with her precise organization of events, capturing even the smallest details. Clients appreciate her for her friendly and competent manner and her great knowledge of locations in Munich and Bavaria.
Christian
Christian has joined the management team as a certified event manager. After his training in a trade profession and several years of professional experience, he now takes care of our customers as project manager and event coordinator. Whether it's a technical request or extensive research about products, locations or catering, Christian is the right person to talk to. And on the computer he is the fastest in our team.
Ursula
Ursula supports City Companion as an event manager and project manager. Her motto, “Structure meets heart,” stands for clear processes, a strong service orientation, and reliable implementation, even when many trades and timings come together. As a trained bank clerk (IHK), she has a strong understanding of numbers and provides particular support with budgets and calculations. With her additional IPMA Level D certification and as an event manager, she ensures structure, clear communication, and reliable execution. Whether corporate events, incentives, kickoffs, trade fair appearances, or international guest services, Ursula keeps track of everything and always has an eye for detail.
Carola
Carola, City Companion's florist and decorator, is creatively passionate about decorating the locations for all events. She is also involved in the organization of City Companion's events. Her special passion is to implement customer wishes such as color design or motto with innovative ideas.
Werner
Our former managing director has retired from the operative business and is now responsible for accounting, technology and tax matters in our company.
