We offer you short workouts directly at the workplace or in the home office. Open the window, breathe differently, stretch, relax and refreshed, then you go on - just clear your head. Actively do something for the body and mind. How long? How often? How many participants? It's up to you!
This session can also be booked as a breakout during a virtual day for refreshment in between.
